The Rural Development Initiative Program for Graduates (PSP3)is an initiative by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia designed to empower university graduates in supporting rural development and community empowerment. Through this program, graduates are deployed to various villages across Indonesia to tackle local challenges by leveraging their expertise in areas such as economics, education, health, and community skills. PSP3 emphasizes community empowerment and sustainable development, while also nurturing leadership and entrepreneurial skills among the youth. The program effectively mobilizes young people as agents of change, directly contributing to the improvement of quality of life and development in rural areas.
